Seeking the Light & Truth Within: Dowsing at Avebury Henge, West Kennet Long Barrow & Silbury Hill.
I’ve always been fascinated and drawn to the energy at stone circles, standing stones, long barrows, and sacred sites. As an energy worker, Reiki Master, it makes me feel calm, relaxed yet inspired and energised at the same time. I wanted to find out more about earth energy, ley lines and geospirals - healing pools of water deep within the womb of Gaia. So, I met up with second generation Master Dowser & landscape archaeologist, Maria Wheatley and explored Avebury Henge, West Kennet Long Barrow and discovered the secrets of Silbury Hill,
Maria has spent more than 30 years researching and writing about Neolithic and Bronze Age sites around the world, specialising in the geodetic system of earth energies and ley lines revealing how our prehistoric ancestors placed standing stones upon certain circular patterns of earth energy to absorb and transmit the Earth Force. Many ley lines and earth energies were skilfully integrated into the megalithic architecture of Avebury Henge, making the World’s largest stone circle a gigantic megalithic power centre.
It was amazing to spend time with Maria looking at geospirals, vortexes, healing sound chambers and follow Gaia’s powerful energy lay lines. Maria was the first independent researcher to track down and photograph the elongated (long skulled) people of Stonehenge.
